After breast reduction surgeries, the patient is usually hospitalized for one night. With the advancing technologies and techniques, not many drains are used recently. The patient who has been discharged experiences an edema problem for 1 month, and it is very normal for them to feel occasional burning, stinging, and mild tingling for about 6 months. It is recommended not to do heavy sports for 2 months. Much care should be exerted for nutrition, hygiene and most importantly, not smoking. Especially in the first month, smoking should be completely avoided.
